To make the roster you need to:

1. Register and Pay by the specified deadlines (Early Bird 09/23/2007 and 10/02/2007 for Regular)
2. Be among the first 64 entry to participate in the tournament as determined by Registration date, which is
   1. For on-line registration: the confirmation time and date posted by Pay Pal
   2. For check by mail: the post mark

                                                               i.      Register on-line

                                                             ii.      Print the Registration Form

                                                            iii.      Mail it with the check for the amount reflected in the form

                                                           iv.      Make sure you have it post marked.

3. In person: the time and date

                                                               i.      Register on-line

                                                             ii.      Print the Registration Form

                                                            iii.      Hand over the check or money

3. If the registration date, as specified above,  does not uniquely determine the first 64 entries, Random drawing will determine who is in.
